Megan is expanding her expertise through advanced training in color, design, hair extensions, lash lifts, and blonding techniques. Megan also offers facial, body, and personal waxing to complete the guest experience. Inspired by the confidence she experienced every time she left the salon feeling her best, Helena chose a career in beauty so she could help others experience that same feeling. She loves creating beautiful color transformations and enjoys seeing how a fresh new look can instantly boost confidence and bring out someone’s natural beauty.
Behind the chair, Helena’s focus is simple: listen first, understand what matters most to her guests, and create a personalized experience where they feel heard, comfortable, and cared for. Her goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and excited about what they see in the mirror.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll likely find Helena spending time with family and friends, often enjoying the outdoors and camping. Coming from a big family with three brothers and three sisters, connection and relationships have always been an important part of who she is.

Karagen believes confidence begins with feeling like the best version of yourself.
Her passion for beauty started with the confidence she felt when doing her own hair, inspiring her to pursue a career where she could help others experience that same feeling. She especially loves creating customized color services, including blonding, dimensional brunettes, and transformational color work that brings her guests’ vision to life.
For Karagen, the most rewarding part of being behind the chair is helping guests achieve the look they’ve been dreaming about. She believes every appointment should begin with understanding what matters most to the person in her chair—whether that’s their lifestyle, maintenance preferences, personal style, or simply how they want to feel when they leave the salon.
Known for her warm and welcoming nature, Karagen strives to create a space where every guest feels heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Her goal is for each guest to leave feeling happy, confident, and excited about their look.
