How do I book an appointment (including with a Master Stylist)?You can book online anytime! Just click the "Book Here" button below to choose your service and stylist. If you're unsure what to book, let us know what you're looking for-we're happy to guide you. PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like to book with a Master Stylist, they do not take online bookings, as their services are fully customized based on an in-depth consultation, if you're interested in working with one of them, just send us a message with a little info about your hair goals, and we'll follow up personally to match you with the right Master Stylist and schedule your appointment.

What services do you offer and why do they vary by stylist?Our service prices are based on a level system that reflects each stylist's education, experience, and demand on their time. This allows us to offer a range of price options while ensuring every guest receives excellent service. All of our stylists are highly trained and supported through ongoing education. What's your cancellation/reschedule policy?We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. this allows our stylists time to adjust their schedules. For full details, you can view our policy here: (Link to cancelation policy)

Do you have availability today/this week?We'd love to try to get you in! You can check real-time availability and book instantly through our online system: (Book Here Button) If you don't see the time you want, let know-sometimes we have last-minute openings.
